If you are truly determined to keep your home you must be persistent with the programs and possible refinance options that are available to you. Most of these resources are experiencing enormous call volume and it is not uncommon for files to get lost. For this reason we encourage you to call often and be persistent about it.

While the housing bill did pass it is only expected to help 300,000 people which is a drop in the bucket. More must be done to preserve our way of life.
