Eviction Process

If you are still in the property after the law day or sale date; the court will issue the order for the bank to get a marshal to throw you out. There are 2 steps to this.

1st you will be served papers from a marshal; the papers are the execution for eviction. The papers will give you the date that you have to be out. The serving of the papers can happen a little as 24 hours before you must be out!

2nd the date and time on the notice is when the marshal will arrive with movers and move you out by force. The movers may be rough with your things as well they will then put your things into storage. After this you have 15 days to claim your things before they are auctioned off! There is a storage fee!
