Record banks filing for bankruptcy, an all time high for foreclosure filings and still not real help from the government for homeowners in need. What are your comments on this news?

I do have a question what is in this for her .
hey my home was valued $350000 on April ,
I cheked the value 2 weeks ago $264000. I owe the bank
more that the house is valued ,it was valued
$440000 back on July last year.and I had never been latew on a payment until now .I have 60 days late twice .I dont know if it is true what they said about countrywide
tking all this homes on forclosure to later sale then as a bank of America equity

October is almost here and no signs of the regulations
on the new help program for homeowners.do you have any news FHA body

Please keep solicitation confined to the Find a Loan officer thread. You can contribute to the site by writing meaningful articles on credit and foreclosure and you are allowed to have your phone number listed in your sig on those, but for solicitation please limit it to the Loan Officer board.
