And the worst thing is that my own bank (Countrywide) wouldn't help me, they refused to do anything with my loan, just by saying, there isn't anything we can do, and they were actually trying to charge me $495.00 for an appraisal, and said that if the house doesn't appraise for what we are expecting then they can't do anything and I'll lose my $495.00.
