refinace help 1 Year, 12 Months ago  
My husband and I need some help. We have been struggling for years now with our finances. My husband was out of work for a while so we couldn't pay our mortgage and they are ready to foreclose on us. I know that there is a new law out there so if anyone could help us we would really like to get back on track and clean up our credit so we can live a normal life with our two kids. Pleassssse help.

we are 1 month behind on our mortage I have tried to work with my mortage co. and they will do nothing for us. tried to ref. and we are unable to do so because of are bad credit. is there anything we could do to get caught up. we don't want to lose our home but things are hard right now. what do we?
