Bankruptcy Judges may Modify Mortgages 1 Year, 8 Months ago
Bankruptcy judges may get the power to force modify homeowner mortgages without permission from the lender to force the banks to give homeowners affordable payments. But even as the Obama administration is considering this change the Banks are already fighting against this.

What are your thoughts?

If the banks don't want to comply then the Feds should collect all the fail out money back and actually do something that would more than stimiulate the economy, give it to the homeowners.

It should have gone to homeowners in the first place and the banks that where dishonest should have failed. I agree.
