What would be considered hardship and what kind of proof would you need? If you can answer that. By the way Hello FHI Guy. Been a while since I been here.
Another question is if the bank already modified the loan would I still qualify?

I am paying (rounded Off) $1350.00 a month but they take the payment split in half two times a month. It cuts us short but it is affordable right now and our car will be paid off in two months which will be extra money, still though we can not stimulate the economy.

Do you think we would qualify?

Hi
I've searched and searched but I cannot find how to apply for this assistance. Could someone guide me to the right spot? Also have a question, on the guidelines it says you must attend credit counseling, what if we already did that trying to apply for mortgage assistance and were denied? Do you have to do it again?

To apply to this modification program you need to contact the current loan servicer. Note that it can take many weeks for all servicer to implement this program but you should call anyway and inquire.
