We are i think four months behind on our mortgage. We were in a repayment agreement but were unable to make the last payment. My fiances child support has been raised to an unbelieveable amount and some weeks he barely brings home $200 a week. I have been at the same job for 6 years and have topped out in pay at $10.00 an hour. With the price of gas we can barely afford to put food on the table. Our payments went from $560 to $881 with an escrow account to pay taxes and the adjustable rate going up. Is there any help out there for us? And how fast does it work. We recieved a letter from a lawyer today saying we owed the total amount at this time and have 30 days to dispute it. Please help!!!!!!
