Stripping the House 1 Year, 8 Months ago

we bought our house as an unfinished fixer upper, we put close to $50K of materials into it and now are on the verge of losing it.
Does anyone know our legal obligation as far as stripping it out. I intend to take the cabinets, all fixtures and fittings including the toilets, kitchen and bath cabinets, shower doors, skylights, solar panels, pool pump and filter system, the well water system and pump, plus anything else I can, as I feel that we paid for them all and most of those things were not installed when we bought it.
Where do we stand legally on this ?
Thanks

You may wish to check with a lawyer on these but my understanding is that fixtures are part of the house and would belong to the bank. Meaning if you have a water system, cabinets, solar panels, pumps, toilets, you would have to replace them with similar ones that existed before you moved in, such as on your last appraisal.
Before any further action is taken contact your bank and ask about the Hope for Homeowners program, you might be able to get into it and stop the foreclosure.
