Has anyone had trouble with Sutton Funding and HomeEq Servicing ?? HomeEq is a company which calls about late payments, etc. but appears unable to negotiate H4H or any real Loan Modification. Sutton Funding appears to be a buyer of problem mortgages. Is there anyone who has dealt with these people?

Yes, I have had dealing with
HomeEq a big pain in the --, not helpful at all, will not give any information to you about the lender or contact information, cost me a lot of money

Now that the new Obama modification guidelines are passed you might want to try again with them and your modification request, could be a better chance of getting some help now.
